We are so very pleased with the work that Sam Awadalla and his team at 360 Degree Construction completed at our home. We recently decided to renovate half of the ground floor level, including the kitchen, foyer, laundry room, and powder room areas. It was a very daunting task – so many decisions to make on materials and layout! However, the easiest part of the whole process was selecting 360 Degree Construction for the installation. We interviewed several highly recommended contractors, but Sam and his team quickly rose to the top of our list. At our first meeting, Sam immediately put us at ease with his knowledge, respect, and calm demeanor. It was clear from the start that Sam took the utmost accountability for the work his team performed, and cutting corners was not part of his vocabulary.

Sam’s carpentry and tile crews are true craftsmen ( not merely installers!) – their work is so precise and well thought out. Our new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was installed with superior stability and precision, and the detailed trim work was spot on. The tile crew does meticulous work, and our new Travertine flooring has transformed the lower level of our home, since it flows to so many rooms. We are often complemented on the beauty of our kitchen backsplash, and it’s all thanks to the work of the 360 Degree team.
We also had Sam’s team perform some construction – they installed a new Pella window in the kitchen ( Sam’s recommendation on window style transformed the room with extra natural light and a new, open feel). The team also installed a new pocket door for the laundry room, and expanded a closet. All of this structural work was performed up to code, and with close attention to detail, installing matching exterior siding and trim for the window.
We cannot speak highly enough about Sam Awadalla and 360 Degree Construction. They absolutely exceeded our expectations – they were punctual, responsive, reasonable, and always respectful in our home. Sam’s leadership, work ethic, and commitment to please, surely sets 360 Degree Construction apart from the rest.
We are so grateful that we had Sam and his team complete our project. Not only because we are so pleased with the work, but also since we know that we will never need to search for a contractor for any future renovations. 360 Degree Construction will always be our first and only call!!

I recently had the pleasure of having a new roof put on by 360 Degree Construction. The whole experience was such a pleasure. Chris responded to all of my phone calls, emails and questions immediately. He was more than helpful. The roof came out beautiful and many neighbors remarked on the quickness with which the job was completed and how nice the roof looked. Clean up was amazing, you would never know they were there. Six days after the roof was done a branch fell on it. 360 came right back out to repair it on the spot. The cost of the roof was the best part, coming in way less than other estimates. We look forward to using 360 Degree Construction again for future projects.

It is a great pleasure that I find myself writing this letter. On June 10th, Sam Awadalla, owner of 360 Degree Construction finished installing 31 Pella windows and doors in our home. I can not overestimate the value of the good experience we had because of Sam’s insistence on a highly professional quality of work.

Sam immediately dispelled our anxiety and tension with his impeccable respect, and dedication to please. His team is in harmony. They were punctual, cheerful, organized and dedicated.

They had the challenge of removing a brick wall and installing a wall of sliding glass doors. They took the extra time and materials to make a temporary retaining wall to insure the integrity of the house. Our 11′ bay window was installed seamlessly because of the diligence and dedication of his team. They had to rebuild one of the walls of our kitchen windows because of water rot. Sam just did what needed to be done to get the job done in an excellent manner.

Sam did much more than just install our windows. The property was respected and cleaned each day. To compliment the installation, Sam repaired, replaced and painted much of our siding.

We appreciate the exceptional job Sam Awadalla accomplished and the good feeling we are left with, as well as the beautiful Pella windows we are now enjoying.

4/2011-
Recently I had work done in my home by 360 Degree Construction Corp, Sam Awadalla President and Chris Grundman. We told them what we wanted done with three doors, front entry door with storm door, garage fire door, and den sliding door with screen. Sam and Chris looked everything over and recommended needs that had to be replaced in order for the doors to work properly. Their input and recommendations were fantastic and you know that they truly cared about how the work was to be done. As the work was being done Sam and Chris both were here mutiple times to check everything was being done by their workers. Sam’s workers were excellent carpenters, constantly working the entire time till the end of the day. They were very thorough, trust worthly and extrmemely neat and cleaned up all the mess they had made.
When all the work was done Sam went over every inch of what his workers did to make sure all the work was done perfectly, and now I have three beautiful doors that are sealed, air-thight and work perfectly.
I would strongly recommend 360 Degree Construction to anyone that needs any type of work done in their home. Sam and Chris are terrific people to work with as they give you peace of mind that all the work is done right the first time.
In the future for the work I need to be done, no one but 360 Degree Construction will be the ones to do the work in my house.
Sam and Chris are one of a kind people, trust worthy, honest, fair and take great pride in their work. 360 Degree Construction is truly a pleasure to do business with.

I just wanted to let you all know that I am very pleased with Sam Awadalla and his staff at 360 DEgree Construction. I hired 360 Construction to perform several home improvements, which include the following: New kitchen, Harwood floors, Painting and installing bathroom vanities.
Sam Awadalla and his staff have a strong work ethic. They arrived promptly each morning and worked diligently throughout the day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up all their material and left the work zone clean. More importantly, I am very pleased with the quality workmanship that was performed.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this about the work that was done to my kitchen and powder room by Sam Awadalla and his 360 Degree Construction Company. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. They totally remodeled our 1949 kitchen and powder room, each had plaster walls. They gutted both rooms, removed a load bearing wall to expand the kitchen in the process the plumbing and electrical were re-routed and updated. A window was removed and the outside siding was replaced to match the existing siding. Cabinets were installed, ceramic floors, tile backsplash and crown molding. They had to cut a wider doorway from the kitchen to the dining room which caused a lot of dust, they made sure the house was sealed off so that the dust was kept to a minimum. They cleaned up everyday, never leaving any construction debris around.
This was the best experience anyone could have with a contractor. I was so impressed with Sam Awadalla and his 360 Degree crew that I suggested that he sign up with Angie’s List.
